The chain has the following technical features: 1) Tooth shape - full chisel / super tooth. A cutting tooth of this shape easily and quickly enters the wood, like a small plane. The square shape of the tooth creates minimal cutting resistance and allows you to work at higher speeds. The tooth selects large, long chips. 2) The cutting teeth are coated with industrial chrome. The chrome plated steel cutting tooth shows even greater hardness and wear resistance. In addition, chrome plating protects the chain from corrosion. 3) Laser cut on the upper edge of the cutting tooth. Each cutting tooth has a laser cut on the edge. It allows you to control chain wear and sharpen on time. To increase the wear resistance of the chain, ARCHER uses: 1) Heat treatment of the cutting tooth using the "blue tooth" technology. The steel cutting tooth is hardened to increase strength and hardness. As a result, it acquires a bluish tint and a so-called "blue tooth" is obtained. 2) Container for lubricating oil in the connecting link. Each ARCHER chain link has an oil groove stamped on it. Due to this, there is always a fresh portion of oil near the rivet, which perfectly cools the metal and reduces the temperature effect of chain friction. This engineering solution reduces wear on the saw chain. 3) Channel in the drive link for improved saw chain lubrication. Each leading link has a radial channel stamping. This channel has two functions. It supplies oil to the oil container located in the connecting link. This channel also acts as a comb, distributing chain oil along the groove in the bar.
